Rotary Botanical Gardens
The Rotary Botanical Gardens is a non-profit 20-acre botanical garden located in Janesville. It is a beautiful place to visit, featuring thousands of different types of flowers and plants. There are many other interesting features including a gazebo, conservatory, prairie garden, rose garden, outdoor Victorian gardens, children's garden with sculptures, and much more. The Rotary Botanical Gardens accepts donations from people to help fund their projects which include maintenance/upkeep and new plantings.
There is a small fee for entrance to the gardens as they require upkeep which is funded by the entrance fees to visit them, so it only makes sense! Besides, many would argue that what you are actually paying for is not just a tour inside but also how beautiful everything looks as well.
